Why did you start coloring and does coloring help you with any issues or medical conditions you deal with?
I started coloring to relax and reduce stress. I knew a few people who really enjoyed it and I thought it might be fun. I thought it would be helpful with my medical issues.  I have a number of chronic health conditions that I deal with and the coloring helps to distract me from the pain and other ill feelings.  The conditions I have include dysautonomia, POTS, RSD, fibromyalgia, arthritis and diabetes.

What would you recommend to anyone thinking about beginning the adventure of coloring?
Get some pencils, look for some free designs online and just go for it.  Have fun, don't worry about creating a masterpiece.  Try different free designs to sample them and see what types of designs you like.  This way you can find your favorites before you spend a lot of money.  Then treat yourself to some great books and pencils.

Is there anything else that you would like to share?
I'm really glad that I started coloring.  It does really help me relax and take my mind off things.  I'm so appreciative of all the artists who create these lovely designs for us to color.  I can't draw to save me life.
