Why did you start coloring and does coloring help you with any issues or medical conditions you deal with?
I started colouring in again in May this year because I've heard that it can help with some mental health issues, I've been diagnosed with bipolar and anxiety disorders, panic attacks, low self esteem and mild depression it's definitely made think less on my issues and feel bad to the point since being diagnosed I don't need medication.

What would you recommend to anyone thinking about beginning the adventure of coloring?
Buy whatever colouring book or downloadable pictures that appeals to you, buy whatever equipment you can afford(there is some expensive stuff available in shops and online), pick spots where you feel comfortable to colour in(mines in my living room and bedroom) and don't let anything negative people say to you about your books, equipment or colouring stylebother you.

Is there anything else that you would like to share?
There's some con artists(excuse the pun) that are stealing independent and mainstream artists work and publishing it as their own.
