you start coloring and does coloring help you with any issues or medical
conditions you deal with?
Often Housebound with arthritic and sciatic
problems. Also panic disorder
What
would you recommend to anyone thinking about beginning the adventure of
coloring?
Most important to start in a simple way. Dont go spending a fortune on professional
type pens such as copics, polychromos etc.
I have had good results using a pack of 99p pens! Also go for the easier pattern books to start
with.. I get good results using high
street stationers medium priced pens and pencils. Colouring is all about colouring the pictures
YOU like and not trying to impress others on Online Colouring Groups.
Is there
anything else that you would like to share?
I always finish a pic that Ive started. I like most of my colourings and hubby
laminates them all for me. My favourite
ones he has framed and I have them on a plain white wall in study. Despite gaving arthritic hands and aged 73 I
have managed to complete about 200 colourings in last 6 months.
